Acceptance and audience
By using Printable Materials you agree to these Terms and linked policies. The marketplace is intended for parents, teachers, guardians, homeschoolers, Sunday-school educators, caregivers and other educators. Children are not expected to independently manage the marketplace, purchases or privacy choices.
Use, free resources and paid resources
You may browse and use legitimately obtained PDFs under the Content License and any resource-specific terms. Some resources are free. Premium resources are generally one-time non-consumable Google Play products unless expressly stated otherwise. Google Play supplies localized prices and processes payment.
Verification, restoration and offline access
Premium access is granted only after Google Play ownership is server-verified and an eligible purchase is acknowledged. Eligible purchases can be restored online with the same Play account on a supported device. A local file is not proof of purchase. Validated free PDFs work offline; legitimately verified/downloaded premium PDFs may work during the 30-day secure offline continuation. Reverification is required after expiry, reinstall, app-data clearing or device change.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The software, catalog, branding and resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A purchase/download grants a limited use license—not ownership. Reasonable household, classroom, teaching and educational-group use is described in the Content License.
Prohibited misuse
Do not circumvent verification, probe private storage, submit arbitrary storage paths, resell copied PDFs, publicly rehost premium files, upload them to mass-distribution sites, claim resources as your work, remove notices, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or use the app unlawfully.
Availability and third parties
Resources, prices and features may change. Google Play, Cloudflare, AdMob, Android services and receiving apps are third parties with separate terms and may be interrupted. No uptime guarantee is made.

Resources are general educational/informational material, not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Users must evaluate suitability. No particular educational outcome is guaranteed.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and resources are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused by use, inability to use, third-party services or user export/redistribution. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability.
Suspension, changes and contact
Access may be limited to protect the service, enforce terms or comply with law. Material changes may trigger a new legal-notice version. These Terms are subject to applicable law.
