Limited license
Subject to valid access and the app terms, the downloading or purchasing user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, save and print the resource for reasonable personal and educational use. Copyright and other intellectual-property ownership do not transfer.
Ordinary permitted use
You may use a resource in your own household, classroom, teaching activity or educational group; print reasonable copies for learners or participants you directly teach or supervise; and retain an exported copy for that permitted use.
Share does not mean unlimited distribution
The Android Share action lets users send a legitimate copy to their own storage, printer or an appropriate person involved in the permitted activity. It does not grant unlimited redistribution, publication or resale rights.
Prohibited uses
Unless a resource-specific license expressly permits it, do not resell PDFs or printed copies, sell copied bundles, publicly rehost premium files, upload them to mass-distribution/download sites, distribute them to unrelated organizations, claim them as your work, remove notices or circumvent Google Play protection.
Resource-specific terms
A clearly identified resource-specific license may grant broader or narrower rights and takes precedence for that resource. Identified third-party content may carry its own license.
