Privacy Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

Public developer name: Sohail.

Scope and intended users

This Policy applies to the Printable Materials Android app and its supporting purchase-verification and file-delivery services. The app is intended for parents, teachers, guardians, homeschoolers, Sunday-school educators, caregivers and other educators. Some resources are for parents, teachers and educators to use with children; others may be general reading or teaching material. The app is not designed for independent use by children.

No Printable Materials account

The app does not currently require an account, email/password registration, phone authentication or child profile. In-app support also works without an account, and providing an email address there is optional. There is therefore no Printable Materials account-deletion feature.

Information processed and purposes

The app and service providers process information needed to provide resources, verify and restore purchases, acknowledge eligible transactions, authorize premium downloads, prevent misuse, maintain security, show advertising when permitted, diagnose failures and respond to support. Depending on use, this may include product IDs, Google Play purchase tokens and purchase state, technical network data, device/advertising information processed by ad SDKs, diagnostics, consent status and locally stored files.

A versioned legal-notice acknowledgement is kept in local preferences. It is onboarding state only—not ad consent or proof of purchase.

Google Play Billing

Google Play processes premium payments. Printable Materials does not receive full payment-card details. The app receives purchase/product information needed for entitlement and sends the fixed product ID and purchase token to its Cloudflare Worker for verification through the Google Play Android Publisher API and acknowledgement of eligible purchases.

Cloudflare Worker, R2 and D1

Cloudflare infrastructure supports server-side purchase verification, technical/network processing and delivery of public free or authorized private premium files from R2. Cloudflare and network providers may process ordinary metadata such as IP address, timing, request routing, device/network headers and security signals.

Cloudflare D1 stores in-app support conversation records, including submitted messages, conversation identifiers, timestamps and status, optional email addresses, and a one-way hash of the conversation authorization token. The raw conversation authorization token is not stored in the support database.

The Worker is designed not to intentionally log purchase tokens, authorization headers, service-account credentials or private keys. Google credentials and private R2 credentials are never embedded in Flutter.

Local cache and offline entitlement

Validated PDFs may be cached in app-private storage. Free cached PDFs can be read, saved, shared and printed offline. After successful Google Play verification and acknowledgement, an already downloaded premium PDF can use a secure 30-day offline continuation. The encrypted local entitlement stores product ID and verification timestamp, not the purchase token. A cached premium file alone is not ownership.

Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local cache/continuation state. Eligible ownership can be restored online using the same Google Play account on a supported device.

Save, Share and Print

Save passes the selected PDF to Android’s system file picker. Share and Print pass it to Android system services or an app the user selects. Once exported, the destination or receiving app processes the file under its own practices.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app may use Google AdMob. Depending on region, device, configuration and consent choices, advertising SDKs may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location-related information, diagnostics, ad interactions and technical data for delivery, measurement, frequency limiting or personalization. Where applicable, Google UMP requests/manages privacy choices, and ads are requested only when UMP reports they may be requested. The legal Continue button is not ad consent.

Data practices depend on the app’s current SDKs, advertising configuration, consent choices and enabled features. This Policy does not state that no data is collected.

Support communications

If a user chooses in-app support, Printable Materials may process the support message content, an anonymous support conversation identifier, conversation timestamps and status, an email address only if the user provides one, and ordinary network or security metadata needed to operate the service, prevent abuse and apply rate limits. Ordinary infrastructure metadata may exist, so the service does not claim absolute anonymity.

No Printable Materials account is required for in-app support, and email is optional. The conversation authorization token is stored in Android-backed secure storage on the device. The server stores a one-way hash of that token rather than the raw token.

In-app support data is used only to provide support, maintain service security, prevent abuse and respond to the user. A user can delete the in-app support conversation through Settings → Help & Support → In-App Chat. Support records may otherwise be retained as reasonably needed for those purposes, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations.

Emailing iamsohail006@gmail.com voluntarily provides the email address and message contents for support, investigation and reasonable records. Do not send children’s unnecessary personal information, card details, passwords or purchase tokens.

Children’s information

The app does not intentionally ask children to create accounts or directly submit personal information. Parents, teachers and other users are expected to browse, purchase and manage privacy choices. Child-privacy and Google Play Families requirements apply according to the app’s actual content, features, advertising configuration, audience and applicable law.

Retention, security and international processing

Local data remains until removed by the app, clearing data or uninstall. Service providers and user-selected apps retain data under their own policies and obligations. In-app support records and email correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, abuse prevention, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations; users can delete an in-app conversation through the app. Safeguards include server verification, fixed file mappings, private R2 objects, encrypted entitlement metadata and app-private caching, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Providers may process information internationally under their safeguards.

User choices, third parties and changes

Users can clear app data, uninstall, delete an in-app support conversation, choose whether to provide a support email address, choose export destinations/receiving apps, use system advertising controls, access available UMP privacy options and control support-email contents. Google Play, Cloudflare, AdMob, Android and receiving apps have separate policies. Material policy updates may increase the app’s legal-notice version. Questions: iamsohail006@gmail.com.
